Final pitch to the Client 

 Final presentation

Last Friday i presented my final magazine presentation to my client. Today i will be speaking about the feedback that i received from my client, and what I understood from the feedback.

The first question my client asked was if i think that my masthead is readable and if it relates well to the genre of the magazine.

From this i understood that it was a bit of a struggle to fully understand the masthead due to the image of the venue behind it.  Even though there was some negative feedback over all i understood that the client believed that the masthead does relate back to the harsh reality of the Grime scene.

The second question that my client asked me is if the masthead was scaleable

From this i understood that is very important to think a masthead through before creating it, in order to make sure that its scaleable, meaning that it can be blown up but more importantly scaled down and still have the same impact and visibility.

The third question that i was asked by my client is whether there would be enough content to continue the magazine.

From this i understood that perhaps i did not present my client with enough article ideas as he seemed to be worried about the amount of content there is out there about grime. I also understood that it would be important to explain the extent of how popular grime has become and its recent accomplishments.

My client then asked me if i was planning on doing anything with apps such as a social media app.

From this i understood that my client would like to reach out to his target audience in as many ways as possible and in the most effective ways possible. I understood from this that he would like to use some sort of app to reach the target audience due to their young age and modern interests.

Lastly my client asked me if there was going to be any competition.

From this i understood that my client is not aware of many other magazines within the music genre which then made me understand that i should introduce him to some of the popular magazines out there even if their not grime based magazines.
